AFL Group expands national manufacturing network with new Stapylton facility

AFL Group has officially opened a new manufacturing facility at Stapylton on the Northern Gold Coast, expanding its national capability to support OEM and high-volume production customers across Queensland.

The Stapylton operation specialises in flame lamination, slitting, CNC cutting, CNC stitching, and advanced textile treatments, enabling AFL Group to deliver scalable, repeatable, and compliance-ready solutions for automotive, industrial, marine, and technical textile applications.

With aligned systems and processes across Queensland, Sydney, and Melbourne, the new facility strengthens AFL Group’s ability to support multi-site customers with consistent quality, increased capacity, and reduced supply-chain risk.
